Frequently Asked Questions

What grade levels does Hope Prep have?

We will serve kindergarten through 7th grade students in the Fall of 2024 with the goal of adding a new grade each school year. We accept applications year-round. To apply now, click here.

How much is your tuition?

Tuition is need-based and calculated on a sliding scale. Payments are typically between $50-$500 per month per family. This system supports our mission of offering an excellent education, regardless of your circumstances. Hope Prep’s goal is for the monthly payment not to create a hardship for the student’s family while at the same time conveying the importance of education in the home.

What is your class size?

Approximately 10-15 students per class. This small class size is ideal, especially in the early years when students clearly benefit from the individual attention and nurturing that a small class affords.

Do you provide transportation?

We do not currently provide transportation. Drop off is 7:50-8:10 am. Pick up is 2:50-3:05 pm.

Do you provide an after school program?

Hope Prep offers a daily After-School Program at an affordable cost. Hope also offers academic tutoring as well as activities such as Dance, Music Lessons, Running Club, Math Club, Chess Club, Martial Arts, and Bible Study.

Do students wear uniforms?

Yes. Students must wear a Hope Prep uniform.

Is Hope Prep accredited?

Hope Prep is registered and licensed by the North Carolina Department of Non-Public Instruction. The state monitors our records annually and examines the immunization forms, academic progress, health and fire inspections. We are a member school of the Classical Latin School Association and plan to work towards accreditation.
